Why Your OEM Hinges Always Fail:
The factory hinges are thin, brittle ABS that gets cooked by 30+ years of Florida / Texas / Arizona heat. Ours are printed in ASA plastic – the same material automakers use for exterior trim.
It won’t warp, crack, or fade in 120° cab temps like cheap PLA or junkyard ABS.
