ORDER PROCESSING

Once an order is placed on our website, please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be processed. All orders should receive an order confirmation notification via email upon completion of the order. A shipping notification containing your order tracking number will follow after your order is processed. Sometimes your email provider can label our notifications as Spam/Junk. As this is out of our control, please add info@hardbodydistrict.com to your address book to ensure delivery of our notifications. If you have registered an account with your order, all order status information can also be found online within “My Account”

DELIVERY OPTIONS

We usually ship via USPS, offering customers First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail services. All of our shipments include tracking. Some items on our site may require a different shipping method, such as FedEx or UPS. We offer shipping to both domestic and international destinations.

HARDBODY DISTRICT is NOT responsible for misdeliveries. If you miswrote the shipping address on your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order so we can make the changes for you. Failure to contact us may result in the loss of your package or may be sent back to our facility, in which case you will be required to pay for the reshipping fees via money request sent to you through e-mail. Shipping fees are non-refundable after it leaves our warehouse.


DOMESTIC ORDERS

We offer the following USPS Services:

USPS Priority Express Mail: 1-2 day guaranteed service from time of shipment, depending on destination. $100 insurance included. 
USPS Priority Mail:
1-3 days from time of shipment, depending on destination. $50 insurance included.
USPS First Class Mail: On smaller orders weighing less than 16oz, we offer First Class. This will be the cheapest shipping option when available. 1-5 days from time of shipment, depending on destination. No insurance included.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

UPS Worldwide Saver.  1-3 days from time of shipment, depending on destination.
UPS Worldwide Expedited.
2-5 days from time of shipment, depending on destination.

*International orders are subject to Duties, Customs, and value-added taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost that may have been incurred with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to. HARDBODY DISTRICT is not responsible for additional fees requested by the Mail Carrier or Customs.

**Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.

All transit times are estimates. Orders can arrive before or after these estimates. HARDBODY DISTRICT is not responsible for any delays that may occur. All grievances are the responsibility of the customer and must be handled with USPS or UPS directly.


ORDERS PLACED DURING SALES, HOLIDAYS, AND OTHER HIGH VOLUME TIMES

Special circumstances such as national holidays or sales may delay processing times. Although we will do our best to get orders out as soon as possible, please allow 3-5 business days in these circumstances. The transit time of shipping for domestic and international orders may also be delayed by up to an additional 14 days. Please keep this in mind when ordering. (These are some of the specific holidays that you should consider– including, but not limited to: Veterans’ Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.)

**If you have not received your order after 3 weeks from the date you ordered with us, please contact us immediately.


MAIL THEFT/LOST PACKAGES/TAMPERED PACKAGES/RETURNED PACKAGES

It is very important to check your tracking number periodically to spot any potential errors or delivery issues. If you did not receive one, please request one right away. You may email us at info@hardbodydistrict.com. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We are not responsible for delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Our shipping system is automated and ships to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Orders that are returned to us for any reason, including but not limited to: Insufficient Address, Address Typos, or Refusals/Return to Sender, are subject to reshipment fees for the order to be reshipped. Reshipment fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a customer chooses to cancel their order on returned shipments, all refunds will be in the form of Store Credit. The original cost of shipping paid for the order will be forfeited. In instances where orders utilize “Free Shipping” promotions, the cost of shipment for the order will also be forfeited.


RETURN POLICY

Our goal at HARDBODY DISTRICT is customer service and satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not happy with our product, we are more than willing to do an exchange or issue you store credit.

If you have purchased an item from HARDBODYDISTRICT.COM, you may exchange it for a different color, size, or style of equal or lesser value. You have 7 days from when your order was received to return the item(s) to make an exchange (i.e., if your order was delivered on the 1st, you have until the 8th to contact us about making a return).

Before returning the item(s), you must contact us and wait for a reply confirmation. You may reach us via “Contact Us” or by directly emailing info@hardbodydistrict.com.

Any item(s) purchased at a normal price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at the sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of the sale.


REFUNDS

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED ON ANY ITEMS PURCHASED FROM WWW.HARDBODY DISTRICT NON-SALE OR SALE ITEMS. STRICTLY EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

When shipping your item(s) back to our warehouse, please include:

A copy of your original invoice and a copy of the correspondence regarding your exchange. Please also write your order number visibly on the package. Items not in the same condition as it was when you received them are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. All exchanges are dependent on current stock availability and the condition of the product upon inspection. If we do not have the item available, we can issue you store credit. If the exchange item(s) is of lesser value than a store credit will be provided for the difference.

All customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to HARDBODY DISTRICT for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back, unless otherwise stated.* Failure to pay the shipping fees will result in the CANCELLATION of your exchange, and store credit may be automatically disbursed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please allow 7-10 business days from when it is delivered for your exchange/return to be processed.

*If ever you require an exchange or return as a result of an error made by us, such as an incorrect size or style, wrong part, we will ship the exchange and provide return postage at our cost.

PLEASE NOTE: NO EXCHANGES will be eligible on sale and significantly discounted items, including but not limited to: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and items displayed under the “Sale” section on HARDBODYDISTRICT.COM. We recommend you contact us before ordering to inquire about a particular item being eligible for exchanges or store credit.

ASPHALT KILLERZ INC reserves the right to refuse exchanges requested from orders made on special sales and from items purchased under the Sales Category on our online site. THESE ARE FINAL SALE.
